Pre-purchase inspections
An independent inspection will give you an honest, unbiased cosmetic and mechanical view of the car, allowing you to make an informed decision. You will be made aware of any urgent repairs or potential repairs in your new ownership.
Post-purchase inspections
Today, you can buy a car with a small amount of time to accept or reject it (normally as it has been bought unseen). A post-purchase inspection can highlight any potential issues within your return window if you need to reject the car.
Pre-sale inspections
Selling your car privately can be worrying. Take away the uncertainty for the buyer with an independent report of the vehicle. This will help protect you from comebacks and legal action.
Legal claims and small claims court
If you are unfortunately involved in a dispute with a buyer or seller, you will need to provide evidence for the small claims court. Independent inspections and reports are recognised by the courts and can be used as evidence. I am also able to give evidence in small claims court as a “Part 35 expert witness”.
